What will you do?
- You will perform preventive maintenance on machines and installations to prevent malfunctions;
- You will signal early wear and take action to minimize damage and downtime;
- You will be responsible for carrying out repairs and technical interventions to ensure all systems function optimally;
- You will coordinate and supervise maintenance work performed by external parties;
- You will align the completed maintenance work with production and the maintenance coordinator and evaluate the results;
- You will ensure that the necessary materials and resources for maintenance work are ordered in a timely manner;
- You will carry out modifications and implement technical improvements;
- You will maintain accurate maintenance reports and document all repairs, replacements, and recommendations for further improvements in the maintenance management system;
- You will support technical issues from production and contribute to problem-solving.

- You have an MBO Level 4 diploma in a relevant technical field, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or mechatronics;
- You have several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a production environment;
- You are precise, technically strong, and have experience with maintenance management systems;

- You have strong communication skills and can collaborate well with colleagues and external parties;

Waarom werk je bij Berkvens?
Ik werk bij Berkvens vanwege de enorme potentie die in het bedrijf zit op het gebied van automatiseren, digitaliseren en robotiseren. Dit gecombineerd met de informele werksfeer maakt Berkvens het bedrijf wat perfect past bij mij als persoon.
Hoe ziet de afdeling eruit?
De afdeling bestaat uit een enthousiast gevarieerd team waarin we alle technieken op gebied van installaties en machines tot engineering van (productie-) processen begeleiden, ontwikkelen en onderhouden.
Wat doe je graag naast je werk?
Naast het werk vindt ik het belangrijk om leuke dingen te doen met het gezin, sport ik graag en ben ik veel buiten te vinden in de tuin met een muziekje op de achtergrond.
